Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations by leading a team, strategizing to meet revenue targets, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing sales performance data, and ensuring that sales processes align with organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves market analysis to stay competitive and informed about regional trends and demands.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Revenue Management skills, including account management and sales performance tracking
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration capabilities to direct teams effectively and work across departments
  • Market Analysis skills to identify and capitalize on industry trends and regional opportunities
  • Excellent Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Strong Decision-Making and Analytical Thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and CRM platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the electric vehicle or automobile industry is advantageous
  • Proven track record of delivering on revenue goals and fostering customer satisfaction
