Manager – Sales

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely sales collections within the printing and signage industry. The role requires strong business development skills, market understanding, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to project delivery and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in printing, signage, branding, fabrication, and large-format printing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, advertising agencies, retail brands, and project managers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Oversee the entire sales process—from lead acquisition to project completion.
Sales Collection & Accounts Follow-Up
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
- Regularly follow up with clients for outstanding invoices and resolve any billing or payment issues.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts teams for invoice generation, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables and provide weekly/monthly collection reports.
- Implement strategies to reduce overdue payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Develop marketing materials, product portfolios, and promotional content in coordination with the design team.
- Enhance brand visibility through exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking.
