Senior Sales Executive

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Presales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets. The role requires strong communication skills and at least 1 year of Presales experience. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain a strong follow-up with leads to convert them into successful sales. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth execution of orders. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Presales Executive or a similar role. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of CRM tools/MS Excel will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
