Job Description – Senior Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a background in physiotherapy. The ideal candidate will combine clinical knowledge with sales acumen, driving adoption of robotic and other physiotherapy product solutions across hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers in Delhi NCR and beyond. This is a field sales role with significant interaction with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

·      Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, and physiotherapy centers for business development.

·      Conduct field visits to meet doctors, physiotherapists, and hospital administrators.

·      Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare institutions to drive adoption of Innovative solutions.

·      Present and explain product value propositions in a professional manner to potential clients.

·      Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·      Report regularly to the Sales Manager/Business Development Head with progress and pipeline updates.

Qualifications & Skills

·      Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (minimum requirement).

·      Prior physiotherapy practice experience with 1–2 years of sales/business development experience in healthcare or medical devices.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Strong negotiation and closing skills.

·      Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field travel.

·      Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
