Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory and a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory revenue targets.
- Visit clients/customers regularly to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify new prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer service.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years of successful field sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., pharmaceuticals, Edtech, eLearning etc.)
- Familiarity with the local market and language
