Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Process Outsourcing Manager. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing business processes, conducting financial analysis, and managing outsourcing operations. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Process management skills
  • Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Finance skills to manage budgeting and financial analysis
  • Experience in Outsourcing management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Previous experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
