Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative methods.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Maintain an updated talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and prepare reports for management.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to provide a positive hiring experience.
