Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Junior RECRUITER (JAMIA) at XpressEdu. The Junior RECRUITER will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role will also involve contributing to employer branding initiatives and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring
  • Understanding of Employer Branding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
  • Experience in the education sector is beneficial
  • 6 months- 1 year of experience.
