We are hiring Junior Recruiters / Recruitment Executives with 4 months to 1 year of experience in domestic recruitment for IT, NON IT, Engineering, and EPC clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Conduct detailed telephonic discussions to assess candidates interest, fitment, and availability.
  • Understand and analyze client hiring needs for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Share quality profiles daily and ensure timely coordination for interviews.
  • Maintain trackers and meet daily/weekly sourcing & submission targets.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche positions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment for Indian domestic clients (preferably IT /NON IT / Engineering / EPC).
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Confident in engaging candidates over calls and assessing their suitability.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment may also apply.
