Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Talent Acquisition Expert with target-based earnings of up to 10k. The role involves managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensuring a seamless hiring process while maintaining high standards of professionalism and candidate care.

Qualifications

Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates

Strong understanding of Hiring processes and best practices

Experience in Interviewing techniques and assessing candidate fit

Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies and tools

Proficiency in leveraging Recruiting tools, platforms, and networks

Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

Ability to work effectively in a remote, target-driven environment

Prior experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions is a plus
