Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will assist in identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates to meet client recruitment needs. Key responsibilities include posting job openings, reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with senior recruiters and hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment records. The role also involves building positive relationships with prospective candidates and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and applicants.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies to promote job openings and attract talent.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant recruitment tools or platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred but not mandatory.
