Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Recruitment Specialist. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about recruitment, skilled in communication, and thrive in a target-driven environment. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential candidates and clients to generate new business and identify talent.

  • Maintain and manage a database of candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet monthly hiring targets.

  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

  • Achieve monthly recruitment targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and conversational skills.

  • Ability to convince and engage candidates effectively.

  • Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-ups.

  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

  • Graduate or undergraduate, fresher or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Candidates from nearby locations or those willing to relocate are preferred.

Compensation:

  • In-hand salary up to 25,000 per month.
