Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from end-to-end, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Additionally, the role involves communicating with hiring managers, posting job openings, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruitment Specialist will also be responsible for training new hires and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

  • Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Training new hires
  • Ability to manage the recruitment process from end-to-end
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in using AI-driven recruitment platforms is an advantage
