Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter at MINDTEL GLOBAL. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Other responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, posting job openings on various platforms, and assisting in the organization of recruiting events.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing candidates, and managing recruitment processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate databases
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
