About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update books of accounts using Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
  • Record daily financial transactions and assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
  • Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Calculate payroll and handle internal group tasks as required.
  • Coordinate with clients and follow up on financial matters.
  • Utilize MS Office tools, especially Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any other relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
  • Strong understanding of accounting terms and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
