to support our growing manpower needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for positions such as
    Civil Engineers, Track Engineers, MEP Engineers, Project Managers
    , and other related roles.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports, databases, and candidate pipelines.
  • Build strong professional relationships with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience
    as a recruiter
    in the infrastructure / construction / engineering industry
    .
  • Hands-on experience in recruiting
    technical profiles (Civil, MEP, Track Engineers, Project Managers, etc.)
    .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
