Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable service/solution offerings.
- Maintain and update records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business objectives.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
