  • Maintain and update records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business objectives.
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
