This is a
dual-focused role
designed to give exposure in
Human Resources (HR)
and
Sales
, allowing individuals to develop strong people management, client relationship, and business growth skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain employee records and assist in payroll management.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth communication between staff and management.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Support performance evaluations and employee engagement activities.
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships (B2B & B2C).
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings to generate leads.
- Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Qualifications Required
- Education: BBA, MBA (preferred).
- Other Graduates (B.Com, BA, B.Sc, B.Tech, etc.) with relevant HR/Sales/Marketing experience or skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated with leadership potential and team spirit.
- Familiarity with MS Office, recruitment/job portals, CRM tools, and digital platforms will be an added advantage.
For Full-Time Role
- Salary:
₹1.2/1.8 LPA – ₹2.16/2.4 LPA (based on qualifications & experience).
- Performance-based incentives & bonuses.
- Travel allowance (if applicable).
- Probation period: 3–6 months for freshers based on interview.
- Training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
Sales Incentives
- 10% of incentives are separate for every lead/sale on a monthly basis for B2B and B2C.
For Internship
- Stipend:
₹0/5,000 – ₹5,000/10,000 per month (performance-based).
- Internship Certificate upon completion.
- Internship Duration: 2–6 months (based on interview).
- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity for top performers.
- Hands-on exposure to
HR processes
and
real sales activities
.
Sales Incentives
- 10% of incentives are separate for every lead/sale on a monthly basis for B2B and B2C.
Terms & Conditions
- Probation period: 3–6 months for full-time employees.
- Internship duration: Minimum 2–6 months.
- All employees/interns must maintain professional conduct and follow company policies.
- Confidentiality of client, employee, and company information must be strictly maintained.
- All work completed during tenure will remain the intellectual property of the company.
- Non-performance or violation of terms may lead to termination of employment/internship.
- Minimum 6 months of job work is mandatory for full-time employees. One-month notice period required in case of resignation; otherwise, a penalty of 2 months' salary will be imposed, and legal action may be taken for fraudulent employment.
