Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven IT Sales Executive who can generate leads, pitch our ERP product to businesses, and close deals. This is a target-driven role ideal for someone passionate about tech sales and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
 - Present and demonstrate ERP software to prospective clients (in person or online)
 - Understand client business needs and map appropriate ERP modules
 - Follow up on leads and manage the complete sales cycle – from inquiry to closure
 - Maintain CRM data and regular sales reporting
 
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, ERP sales, or SaaS sales
 - Good understanding of ERP modules (HRMS, Finance, CRM, Inventory, etc.)
 - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 - Ability to understand client requirements and offer consultative solutions
 - Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
 
Compensation & Perks:
- Fixed Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
 - Incentive Structure: Upto ₹10K–₹50K+ per month based on performance
 - Performance bonuses & recognition
