We are hiring Senior HR Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Sector 22 Panchkula

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations during night hours. This role requires a proactive HR professional who can handle HRBP responsibilities, employee engagement, grievance management, and other HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR Business Partner (HRBP) for night shift employees.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and processes.
  • Assist in HR documentation, attendance, and compliance tasks.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or HRBP roles.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in night shift timings.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
