About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day activities and gain valuable corporate exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
  • Handle basic HR administrative tasks and internal communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain.
