About the Role

We are seeking energetic and motivated HR Recruiter Interns to join our growing team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in domestic recruitment process. You'll receive comprehensive mentorship and training to help you build a strong foundation in talent acquisition and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.

Support the HR team in scheduling and coordinating interviews.

Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Learn and participate in domestic recruitment.

Create and post job descriptions on relevant job portals and social media.

Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports for review with the HR team.

Participate in regular training and mentoring sessions with senior HR professionals.
