**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in creating and posting job advertisements on various job portals and company websites.
- Support in the preparation of recruitment reports and analytics.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, onboarding documents, and new hire orientation.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (freshers are welcome).
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Desired Skills**:

- Familiarity with online job portals and social media recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Good understanding of the recruitment process.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
