Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern / HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and documentation processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
  • Help organize employee engagement programs and internal communication.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
  • Handle basic payroll support, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and reports.

Required Skills:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with recruitment portals and HR software will be an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
