About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Salesman to join our jewellery showroom in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent selling skills, and the ability to deliver superior customer service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
  • Demonstrate product features, quality, and value to enhance customer experience.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain proper product display, stock arrangement, and showroom cleanliness.
  • Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Assist in inventory management, billing, and daily sales reporting.
