Must have worked with all Super Retailer stores in Hyderabad, like Ratnadeep etc
Team Management

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and ensure sales goals are met.
Organize and lead regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
Foster strong relationships with key customers, including department stores, beauty retailers, and key accounts.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain high customer service standards to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Knowledge and Training
Keep up to date with new product launches, trends, and innovations in the cosmetic industry.
Conduct training sessions for the team on new products, sales techniques, and customer service practices.
Market Research and Analysis
Monitor local competitors, identify market opportunities, and ensure the brand remains competitive.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to understand performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts for senior management.
Sales Operations
Oversee stock levels, ensure availability of products in stores, and manage the flow of inventory.
- Ensure promotional activities and campaigns are effectively executed within the assigned area.
Manage budgets for promotions, events, and other activities within the region.
Visual Merchandising
Ensure that in-store displays and product placements are aligned with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with store staff to ensure that visual merchandising standards are maintained.
Collaborate with Marketing and PR
Work with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Support local marketing initiatives, such as influencer partnerships or special events, to increase brand awareness.
Budget Management
Monitor and control costs related to sales operations within the area.
Ensure that all financial targets are met, including sales revenue and cost control.
Reporting and Communication
Regularly report on sales metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to upper management.
Communicate any changes in product offerings or marketing strategies to the sales team and ensure understanding.
Event Planning and Execution
Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with retailers to organize training sessions, beauty demonstrations, or customer engagement events.
Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations, including those related to health and safety, product labeling, and advertising.
