The job description of a telecaller at RSCC typically includes:
1. **Client Engagement**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about our cosmetic treatments, services, and packages.

2. **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Schedule appointments for clients based on their preferences and availability.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and remind them of upcoming visits.
- Coordinate with the clinic's calendar and ensure efficient use of scheduling slots.

3. **Lead Follow-Up**:

- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in our services.
- Encourage potential clients to schedule consultations or appointments.
- Maintain a record of follow-up calls and track leads in the CRM system.

4. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build rapport with clients and ensure a personalized experience.
- Address client concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Handle client feedback and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

5. **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and appointment schedules in the clinic's database.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, organizing client information, and sending out appointment confirmations.

6. **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including clinicians, receptionists, and administrative staff.
- Communicate client feedback and concerns to the appropriate staff for resolution.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
