Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring agents, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for team success.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, market conditions, and legal requirements.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including setting performance goals and KPIs.
Handle high-value property sales and client negotiations when necessary.
Ensure agents comply with real estate laws and ethical standards.
Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for management.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract buyers and sellers.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Valid real estate license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Proficiency with CRM software and real estate management tools.
