**Job Title: Beauty Sales Executive (Retail Store)**

**Experience : 1 to 6 year**

**Job Summary**:
The Beauty Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling beauty and skincare products in a retail environment. They provide exceptional customer service, product education, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers, understanding their beauty needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate products and provide in-depth product knowledge.
- Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and returns.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish stock as needed.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the beauty team to organize in-store promotions and events.
- Stay informed about current promotions, pricing, and new product releases.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty product trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
