**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and full-face makeovers.
- Recommend appropriate skincare and beauty products based on individual client needs.
- Maintain a hygienic and organized work station and ensure all tools are sanitized regularly.
- Stay updated with current beauty trends, makeup techniques, and new product launches.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets through product recommendations and upselling.
- Educate customers on proper product usage and aftercare.
- Maintain client records and build relationships to encourage repeat business.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a makeup artist in retail, salon.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products.
- Passion for beauty and customer service.
