Overview The Sr. Sales Manager - MLAP/ Prime-LAP is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving sales strategies and initiatives for our Mortgage Loan and Prime Loan segments. In doing so, the Sr. Sales Manager will contribute to the organization's success by cultivating a robust sales pipeline and establishing long-term client partnerships.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for MLAP and Prime-LAP.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales processes.
  • Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with prospective clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
  • Identify training needs for the sales team and implement training programs.

  • Work closely with product development teams to align offerings with market demand.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture within the sales team.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management.
  • Proven track record in the mortgage or lending industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MLAP and Prime-LAP products.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
