Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Consultant based in Mumbai. The Presales Consultant will be responsible for collaborating with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop appropriate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, creating technical proposals, and addressing customer queries. The role involves preparing detailed requirement analysis, generating proof of concepts, and providing support during the implementation phase to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of ERP Software, Retail & POS Software, and Distribution ERP Software
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and creating technical proposals
  • Skilled in requirement analysis, generating proof of concepts, and customer support
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Prior experience in a presales or technical consulting role is a plus
