As a Talent Officer, you will focus on fostering a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives, well -being programs, and employee -centric practices. This role is instrumental in creating a thriving workplace environment, ensuring employees feel valued, motivated, and supported throughout their journey with the organization. Key Responsibilities • Employee Engagement: • Plan and execute activities and initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement. • Organize celebrations, team -building events, and other programs to foster a collaborative workplace culture. • Onboarding Support: • Assist in conducting orientation sessions to help new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization. • Ensure new employees have a positive start by addressing their concerns and providing necessary resources. • Employee Well -Being: • Support and implement initiatives to promote physical, mental, and emotional well -being. • Collaborate with HR leadership to address employee concerns proactively. • Feedback and Communication: • Facilitate regular employee feedback sessions and suggest actionable improvements to HR leadership. • Maintain open channels of communication to address employee needs effectively. • Recognition and Rewards: • Coordinate and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge achievements and contributions. • Assist in developing creative ways to appreciate and motivate employees. • Administrative Support: • Maintain accurate records of engagement activities and participation. • Assist in preparing reports related to employee satisfaction, engagement, and well -being. Requirements Requirements Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. • A Master's degree or diploma in HR is an advantage. Experience: • 1 -3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR generalist, or related roles.
