Job Summary Join us as a Talent & Office Ops Manager, driving efficient operations and a people-first workplace. In this on-site role, you'll ensure smooth daily operations, foster collaboration, and help maintain a high-performing, positive environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily office operations, logistics, and vendor coordination. - Serve as the main point of contact for employee and HR-related needs. - Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and engagement initiatives. - Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency. - Promote collaboration and represent company culture with energy and ownership. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience in office management or operations in fast-paced settings. - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Expertise in logistics, planning, and multitasking. - Track record of cross-functional collaboration. - Proficiency with office and operations tools. Preferred - Experience with diverse or distributed teams. - Exposure to startup or high-growth environments. - Background in HR or talent engagement. - Nice to have: Experience in the Human Data space.
