The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Bangalore team at an exciting stage of our Indian and global growth. This is a 360° sales role, ideal for a strategic, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts: discovery, tours, negotiation, closure, and post-sale account management
  • Develop tailored, consultative solutions for tenants, aligning workspace offerings to business requirements
  • Build and nurture partnerships with landlords, operators, and other agents to maximise revenue and unlock strategic opportunities
  • Convert opportunities into revenue and growth for the business
  • Leverage our CRM and analytics to maintain pipelines, track opportunities, monitor account performance, and capture actionable insights
  • Collaborate with your team for consistent delivery and success across sales, negotiations, and relationship management

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen
  • Exceptional communicator, confident on phone, video, and in-person
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
