**Position: Sales Officer (Female)**

**Location**: Jaipur, Rajasthan

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- **Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and channels for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- **Property Sales**:

- Conduct property viewings and tours for potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure a win-win outcome.
- Follow up with clients to facilitate smooth transactions and address any concerns.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Documentation and Administration**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.
- Assist clients with paperwork and documentation related to property transactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Jaipur real estate market is preferred.
