Candidate Sourcing: • Use job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment databases to source potential candidates. • Maintain and update a database of prospective talent for future hiring needs. • Interview Coordination: • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication. • Assist in conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability for the role. • Recruitment Support: • Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms. • Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives and job fairs. • Handle administrative tasks related to hiring, such as managing application forms and documentation.
