Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) based in Mumbai, with some work from home acceptable. The CSO will oversee all sales operations and sales management to meet the company's revenue goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing training and support to the sales team. The CSO will collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with broader company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and Team Management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
