motivated Assistant HR Manager
who can help us build, nurture, and manage a thriving team culture that empowers our employees to create impact.

Job Profile:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
  • Work closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR policies, systems, and processes
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with empathy and fairness
  • Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Organize training, workshops, and employee engagement programs to enhance learning and retention
  • Support performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback cycles
  • Contribute to building a strong employer brand and a positive work environment

Who we are looking for :

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented with a positive mindset
  • Ready to join our team full-time at our
    Gurugram office
