Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Gurugram. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, generating leads, engaging with potential clients, conducting property tours, and closing real estate deals. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with real estate markets and property management
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
