Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and account management. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential customers, handling customer inquiries, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Account Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
