Utilizing data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards is innovating traditional marketplaces and aims to build the first MLS in India while scaling up adjacent B2C platforms to become category leaders.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative located in Gurugram. The role involves daily tasks such as generating leads, following up with potential clients, managing client relationships, and closing sales. The Executive Sales Representative will also be expected to present and demonstrate product offerings, negotiate contracts, and work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
