Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform that covers the entire consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management. The company has successfully expanded to the global market, with over a quarter of its revenue coming from the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Square Yards handles over 15,000 transactions annually, worth more than $1 billion. Utilizing data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to disrupt traditional marketplaces and build India's first Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Square Yards also operates B2C platforms like Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital which are growing to become category leaders.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Executive/Representative. The Sales Executive/Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, delivering pitches, and closing sales. Key day-to-day tasks include attending client meetings, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer transactions and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong market research and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Should be comfortable with field visits.
  • Prior experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
