Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform that plays a role throughout the entire consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management. The company helps facilitate over 15,000 transactions worth more than USD 1 billion annually. Having expanded successfully to global markets such as the Middle East, Australia, and Canada, Square Yards generates a significant portion of its revenue from these regions. The platform integrates data analytics and VR tools to innovate traditional marketplaces and is building India's first Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive/Representative located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive/Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through various lead sources, conducting client meetings, understanding customer needs, and closing sales deals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales reports, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role may also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills: Lead Generation, Client Meetings, and Closing Sales Deals
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, Persuasive negotiation skills
  • Interpersonal skills: Relationship Management, Customer Service
  • Organizational skills: Time Management, Reporting
  • Relevant work experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
  • Should be comfortable with field visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
