Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Gurugram. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relations, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. The role involves achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an updated knowledge of property market trends and offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on client relationship management
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of property market trends and real estate laws
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Should be comfortable with field visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the proptech industry is a plus
