Our team of experienced counselors assists working professionals by addressing their queries and guiding them to choose the right career path for better professional growth. Infinity Education facilitates enrollment in distance education programs offered by various universities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative, based in Gurugram. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and approaching prospective students, explaining educational programs, assisting with the admission process, and maintaining relationships with enrolled students. Additional duties include conducting market research, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the counseling team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales, Communication, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Client Servicing
- Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis
- Proficiency in using CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
