About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level professionals who want to build a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers.
- Reach out to leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them for the sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and outreach.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay persistent.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
