About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to focus on the
US market
for ClickPost. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential clients through
multi-channel outreach
(phone, email, and LinkedIn). You will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects, conducting discovery calls, and setting up meetings for our Demo Engineers and Account Executives. Additionally, you will plan and execute outbound campaigns to educate prospects about ClickPost's value proposition and product benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through
outbound lead generation and prospecting
in the
Americas region (US focus)
. - Conduct discovery calls, qualify leads, and introduce prospects to ClickPost's solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and refine outreach strategies.
- Craft and execute targeted outbound campaigns across multiple channels.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all lead activities in the CRM.
Success Milestones
Within 1 Month:
- Complete onboarding and gain in-depth knowledge of the ClickPost platform, product features, and value proposition.
Within 3 Months:
- Run independent outbound campaigns and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Regularly schedule meetings for Demo Engineers and Account Executives.
Within 6 Months and Beyond:
- Consistently contribute to revenue growth through high-quality opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a
Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative
in a
SaaS or B2B environment
. - Experience prospecting and building pipelines specifically for the
US market
. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of CRMs and sales engagement tools.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Ability to work in
US time zones
as required.
