About The Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging with prospects, and creating opportunities for our sales team in the Software/SaaS domain. This is a 100% in-office position, requiring strong communication skills, resilience, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound demand generation activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Software/SaaS space.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular reporting on lead generation activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in Tele-Sales or Account Management.
  • Proven track record in outbound demand generation within the Software/SaaS industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Mandatory: Must be based in Bangalore and able to work from the office without exception.
