Profile-Customer Support Executive
Location-Mumbai
Experience-At least 1-2 Years.
Role & responsibilities-
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.
- Have good experience of US & UK based process
- Build rapport with customers and establish a positive relationship to enhance their overall experience.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, and accurately identify the root cause of issues.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.
Preferred candidate profile-
- Good knowledge of MS Office preferably in MS Excel.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Graduate in any field.
- Strong written & Verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
